Since I was a child I was completely fascinated by the mistery of ancient temples, the symbols from other civilizations and human relationships all over the time and world. Even I imagined myself having a time machine to meet my ancestors. Since then I´ve been dedicated all my life trying to interpret and understand our historical heritage like something that make all of us unique and connected with our past.
First time I watched Lawrence of Arabia, I was myself totally astonished when they compared the modern and cosmopolitan city of Córdoba with the backward London in that moment. That couldn´t be a simple coincidence. It was when I started to discover about the thousands of parallel stories which belong to us but we have forgotten along the way.
I wonder where is the heritage of all this, where are the symbols, where the customs and the knowledge of these ancestors?
And thus LOA was born, not just as a collection os jewels, but like charms which connect us with our History. Each piece is designed to help us understanding who we are now, empowering ourselves in our own Story.

Cordoban jewellery has been recognized since the Middle Ages for its prestige, becoming the jewellery-making hub of Europe.
