All our shipments are free of charge. The delivery time is 24/48 hours from Monday to Friday.
* For shipments to the Canary Islands: the cost of customs handling is not included. This will have to be paid by the customer as this cost does not depend directly on us.

Our pieces are totally handmade and will never be exactly the same. In the event that the piece is defective, you can send us an email to info@loajewels.com providing the order number, as well as the damage it suffers accompanied by a photo. We will try to fix it as soon as possible so that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
At LOA We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you need to make a return, you have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to do so. After this time, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
For the return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, with its original packaging.
Once we receive the product in our offices and check its condition and original packaging, you will receive a refund or voucher for the same amount using the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days from the receipt of the order at LOA.
